This department deals with disease, deformities and trauma to musculoskeletal system. Bones joints ligaments tendons and muscles are treated surgically as well as conservatively. Radiological correlation is important. Prevention of progression of deformities in childhood is important aspect. Students also learn the importance of combining physiotherapy with conventional surgical methods.
